You need to add to external playlist's #logo= and then url of your logo
e.g. if your logo's url is http://example.com/logo.png, you need to add to your external playlist's link #logo=http://example.com/logo.png
I recommend to use any shortener, to ease entering long logos. For example, this one http://goo.gl/
