Convert to what? I see no problems to use such a link in SS IPTV as a stream
It is not to matter what kind of link you write if stream contains not supported codec

when I click to link like above give me a file and I can easily upload through your website and I can watch the channels but when I input this link directly in the app through playlist it said it does not support the format !

I cannot know what kind of file this link gives you, as it's not actual link. So I can not give you any helpful answer.

it gives me m3u file and each link in it is .ts link for each channel
If you can help me I can get the test line from that server and send you via PM and you can check if it works or not
Thanks in advance

Of course it doesn't work such a way. Internal playlist may contain only stream sources. You add your link to internal playlist and the app tries to play it like a source, but it is playlist.
You need to write your link there: App's settings -> "Content" -> "External playlists"
The new tile will appear on the main screen and if your m3u playlist is correct, you'll be able to open it and to play channels inside
