whit is the PIN number ?

I have Samsung UA50 .
and I want the default PIN number in Parental Controls ?
I tried 0000 and it's not working , and I put new one and also not working , and also I removed the app with same !

There is a "?" at the tab at the top of the page of the interface. Select it. The Default Pin is listed there as of now it shows 12345
