hi, how to reset/remove uploaded channels and restore the app to initial status with no uploads.

hello, uploading an empty m3u file didnt clear the channels.
i m using Samsung F5300 serie

That's impossible. Uploading playlist raplaces old one, so if you upload blank playlist it removes your playlist in any case
And no matter what is your TV
