Few questions about the app

Hello. I have asamsung tvD series.
I have 2 questions.
1) Some channels are played in slow motion. Why this happens? The playlist works fine in vlc player.
2) Some times the streaming is stops, so the channel freeze. Is any option when the channel freeze to recconect? For example in vlc player is the loop funtion, so when its enabled the channel is reloaded when is freeze.
