Streaming .mkv files on samsung d6500

Post by stefy97100 »

Hi, I have a playlist which contains some .mkv files. From VLC I can view them but from SSIPTV I can't. What I have to do?

Probably Samsung D-series do not support mkv format. I think so as generally we have no problems with mkv in SS IPTV

No, if I copy a film on a usb and play it everything works fine..
SSIPTV open the .mkv file but it stuck on black page for a few seconds and after skip to the next file/link

Ok, so it's sure that is a problem of the tv?

I guess so. As I've already said we haven't that issue on other Samsung or LG TVs

Same situation here, is it possible to read the log of your software in order to understand what went wrong?
