LG TV in Viet Nam cannot connect

Hello developers,
I'm in Viet Nam and using an LG WebOS 2 TV. I loved the SS IPTV app and have been using it for over a year, but yesterday, the app cannot connect to server to retrieve playlist, it stuck at message "An error occurred while loading..."
The internet connection is still performing normally, as I can view youtube videos and use other apps. I guess there is a bug that prevent LG tv from retrieving playlist.

I have same problem on my Samsung Smart 40 H6200 . "an error occurred while loading...", one month app works perfect, i have two m3u list, without issues - but today I can not load SSIPTV.
How fix this issues?
