All ts streams stop and restart 4 times

So I have noticed that it doesn't matter which .ts stream I watch, even those in the Open TV section, eventually after 10-30 seconds the stream stops. I have a 100mb connection so its not a connection problem on my end.
I thought it was only the ts streams at first but if the Open TV streams buffer and stop as well, it has to be something related to the app. any help with this?

Everything is OK with app
.ts are not streams, .ts are the parts of streams, small chunks several seconds duration
Open TV streams may be played bad as they are streamed from another continent.

so then when I subscribe to one of the IPTV providers they will send me links that are not just "chunks" or will they send me playlists that will allow the IPTV app to play the streams without delays? thanks for getting back to me btw, I am just trying to learn as much about this IPTV as I can.

I'm sure, your IPTV provider can provide you another playlist, with HLS streams, for example. They will be played without problems.
