SSIP TV for Canada - LG WebOS - VPN required or not

Hi Dear Admin/Users,

This application looks interesting. I live in Canada. I have tried uploading playlists as documented but I get error: "Unable to Play: [TV NAME]". I am not sure if this application works in North America i-e Canada? If not, do I have to change VPN or something to get it working??

Any help from users/admins is appreciated.
