Is there any way EPG can have description rather than title of the broadcast only?

Description is an object of copyright (unlike TV Guide itself), we may not just take description from somewhere and use it in our app. So the app hasn't and won't ever have TV Shows' description.

What if everybody could use external source to display description. Could you create an option to add external source for epg?

Could you please response to my post. Many services like SIPTV.EU use description in EPG.

I've already answered you about using description we are not responsible for other services. If somebody infringes copyright, it is not an argument for us to do the same

It is possible technically but this is not usual case. Our app supports using external TV Guide (btw, other iptv apps for Smart TVs don't) but with many restrictions. XMLTV is very 'heavy' format and many devices are too weak to manage it therefore we cannot recommend to use external EPG sources.
