EPG - Time

Post by francescof »

Hi SS-IPTV, Hi Eugene,
Today i have a problem with time on ss-iptv. In the past i think it was ok but today on my samsung 32ES6100 and on LG LN570R-ZA of my friend, it's on UK time and not in Rome time. I cant change time, I add UTC+1,00 but it's the same; so EPG is in "past due" of 1 hour. Can you help me?

Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad english.

Good work.

Actually, I don't understand. Do you have problem with time in the app or with EPG time?

Thank you Eugine,

I have check better, Time/SS-IPTV and Time/Epg are on UK Time.

An example to better explain:

SS-IPTV time 21:00
Rome time: 22:00
EPG program on SS-IPTV at 21:00 Basket at 22:00 Golf

now a 22:00 i am watching Basket so EPG is right only time epg and time SS-IPTV ar not right.

In the past it was right. So, can you adjust this?

Thank you in advance.

Why can't you configure time zone in app's settings? It is ajustable.

Hi Eugene,

thank you for your answare, i have just tried to change time in app-setting with +1 UTC manually (but also auto is right) but time app doesnt change, am i wrong? where?

This problem is also on tv with 2 friends of mine, so i think it's not only my problem.

I saw Yesterday also another change in SS-iptv, now for the list works "logo" and "background image" (in the past works only "logo").

I am sorry. Thank you in advance.

Make me 3 pics:
- Miscellaneous section of app's settings
- Information section of app's settings
- Playback screen with clock displayed.

That's what I see when I set time zone to +1. And as I can see, it is absolutely correct time.

UPD. Why do you set time zone +1? Rome time is UTC +2 right now.

So, what is your question? Rome time is UTC+2, you set UTC+1. That's the reason of your problem. I thought I've already described it above.

In the first image you can see time 17:52 but here was 18:52.

in the second image you can see EPG now on-line is "squadre da incubo" 17:00-18:00 it's right! but time in italy was 18:52 and dont see "campo aperto"

I ask also to another friend of mine with 43KU6400 and 49uf6407 but he havent this problem only me with 32ES6100 and my fiend LG 32LN570R-ZA.

Eugene always number 1 :!:

Do you read what I write??? You set WRONG time zone in app's settings! Rome time is UTC+2, not +1!
