It works well on vlc player
But on ssiptv it can not work

The app distributed through Opera TV Store do not support multicast streams. You need to configure udp proxy on your router and turn this option on in the app to launch your streams in SS IPTV.

Specific tutorial cannot exist as this process is different for every router model. Some routers don't support this feature at all.
