Screensaver turns on after each 10 minutes.

Hey.

I have BluRay BD-D5300.
When I watch something via bluray disk, pendrive or Youtube (SMART HUB) is all normally.
When I watch channel via SS IPTV my device turns on screensaver after each 10 minutes.
The device think, that is idle and turns on screensaver.
This happens only when I use SS IPTV.
Support of Samusng told me that it is impossible turns off screen saver forever.
Do you can solution this issue @Eugene ?

We solved this problem many times but some another model with this issue appears again and again.
