Hello,
I have an HDMI encoder which outputs onto my local network in various formats "HTTP, RTSP, RTMP. HLS, FLV, UDP, unicast /multicast".
My question is, how do I use SS IPTV to view this local stream on the local network (preferably without using internet)?
Thank you.

I don't understand your question.
If you have encoder with such the output formats why are you asking how to view it in SS IPTV??? Just take stream's url and add it into the app.
Or you just don't know how to use your own encoder???

Thank you for your response. I just do not know how to add the local URL to the app. could you please give a step by step tutorial on how to add a local url (192.168.1.5/0.flv or 192.168.1.5/0.m3u8) to the ss iptv app?
Spacibo.

Re: Samsung Series 5 : view local URL
There is no difference between adding local or non-local link.
All the separate streams must be added in "My Playlist" (live streams) or "My Videos" (VoD streams) in "Content" section of app's settings or in correspondent section of Playlist Editor on our site.
P.S. All the links must contain protocol, so the link 192.168.1.5/0.m3u8 may not be used, correct link is http://192.168.1.5/0.m3u8
