Youtube live channel doesn't work

Why this youtube live channel is not working on my samsung smart tv:

Some of youtube videos are forbidden for playing outside youtube itself. Probably because of that.

thanks for your reply, but i downloaded the m3u file from my playlist editor and test it on my android phone with the IPTV app and it works?!!

It works how? Android apps have absolutely different structure, thay may call other apps and start streams through them. E.g. most of IPTV apps for Android devices may play streams using VLC or MX Players as external players.
Youtube has own app on each Android device, so your IPTV app may just call its playing module for your youtube streams.
