Yeah for me it's the same! Everyday I have to repeat the guide's steps from 8 to 12 and finally the app came back. So Boring but at the moment is the only way!



So that the SSIPTV app does not disappear when you restart the TV.
Go to the apps menu and in the lower right corner turn off AUTOMATIC UPDATE


Hi... Unfortunately I don't a "lower corner" menù.. so I don't see that option ti turn off the automatic apps update

Hi all i need your help,someone can make one video to explain in italian or english how to input app ss iptv in smart tv tizen please? Today support Italy called me because i request help from support italian,and staff tell me samsung has removed the app from store because Sky Italia and Mediaset Italia request to remove the app from store because the app trasmeted theyr tv for no licence,i don't know of this is true or not but this tell me the support italy

its very confusing, too many posts and too many devices .

since samsung is no more officially support SS-IPTV. I hope admin will create new sub-categories in forum for the devices. as its very confusing, what works and does not and how to install procedure. Hope admin can make some guide on how to install.

Hi, I'm trying to follow these steps but when I'm at the point 6, the scan result show me my TV but if I switch it to "ON" the software report me this error:

failed to connect to 192.168.XX.XXX:XXXXX

You may get this message for following reasons:

-This remote device already connected to another one (But no.. it's not true!)
-This remote device is running on non-standard (???)
-There is no IP address, please check the physical connection (I think this is not the problem!)

Look very close to your ip network (tv)connection... Sometime is different. Tv has (for example)192.168.1.100 and your pc has 192.168.1.101.... Type the tv ip



I apologize but I do not understand what the solution to the problem is the only problem I find,
for the precision I put the tv in develop mode and inserted ip pc address in the mask but scan does not find the TV and only if I put it manually it gives me such a mistake,
please help me

First of all, thanks to whoever did that tutorial, it worked great at first.

But for some reason, I can't access ss iptv now. After I start it, I only get a black screen. It was working fine with the previous step.

Is there a solution? I tried removing and reinstalling it but nothing happened.

Try to close the app pressing and holding return button.

Para TV que Utilizam Tizen

Segue o tutorial, algumas coisa eu achei na internet e fui corrigindo.
Se fizerem exatamente igual vai funcionar.


1. Faça o download do "Tizen Studio" https://developer.tizen.org/development ... o/download
2. Instale e instale todos patch SDK para TV
3. Crie um certificado. Saiba mais aqui https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8oBdndgwmE - Crie um usando a conta SAMSUNG
4. Entre no menu de apps e coloca a TV em modo de desenvolvedor !!Para as últimas séries da Samsung, isso é feito de forma semelhante. Vá para Apps no controle remoto, pressione 1,2,3 ou 1,2,3,4,5 Digite OK
4 Na janela que aparece, escreva IP local do PC onde Tizen SDK está instalado depois clica em Ok Desligue a TV da energia aguarde uns 10 segundos e ligue novamente (se estiver correto, na tela de APPS vai aparecer em vermelho MODE DEVELOP)
Para vc saber o IP do seu PC, abra o prompat de comando e digita: ipconfig no endereço IPV4 vai aparecer o SEU IP, coloque esse IP exatamente igual na sua TV.
5. Abra "Tizen Studio"
6. No Connection Explorer, clique no ícone "Remote Device Manager". Em seguida, pressione "Digitalizar", escolha o seu dispositivo, alternar "ON", pressione "Fechar" | do lado direito tambem vai aparecer seu dispositivo, clique com botão direito e seleciona "PERMITIR INSTALAÇAO" para funcionar essa função o certificado já deve estar criado.
7. baixe o widget http://ss-iptv.com/files/tizen.wgt
8. Vá para Arquivo-> Importar-> Tizen-> Projeto Tizen clicando em "Avançar" Verifique o ponto "Arquivo arquivo", pressione "Procurar" procurando o arquivo baixado "tizen.wgt", pressione "abrir", depois "Avançar"
9. Na janela que aparece, Altere a coluna "Versão" de "2.3" para "3.0" TV-SAMSUNG. e marque a caixa do lado esquerdo e clique e FINISH
10. Clique nele com o botão direito do mouse e escolha 'Build Signed Package"
11. Agora vamos enviar o aplicativo para sua TV clique em "Run As" e depois escolha a primeira opção " Tizen Web Application" aí é só aguardar o envio, feito isso o SSIPTV já vai executar automaticamente.
12. Alguns estão reclamando que toda vez que desliga a TV e quando liga o aplicativo some e ai tem que fazer tudo novamente,
13. Para que o aplicativo não suma toda vez, é só desativar a ATUALIZAÇÃO AUTOMATICA DA TV

Same problem here, anyone knowes a solution?


The solution I found is this:
1) Start Tizen Studio
2) Turn on the TV
3) Scan to Remote Device Manager
If you can not find it by hand and attempt the connection
4) If it's okay
If you did not find the TV off, shut down the Tizen studio and re-start from step 1
5) bring patience and rethink to success

Now a new problem

On my tv SUHD55JS9000 when i reboot the tv the app is re-removed and forces me to reinstall, once installed until i turn off the tv it's all ok

While on the second samsung ue49k6300 TV at the moment does not seem to give any problems.
If anyone has a solution thank you in advance.

I have a F series so None Tizen.

I downloaded the zip file into the folder and put it on a memory/USB stick
Turned the TV off and then put the Memory stick into the USB port of the Samsung tv.

I switched the tv back on but nothing different happens.
What is supossed to happen to enable SS IPTV app to appear again in smart hub ?
