SS-IPTV for Vewd TV showing error

I had to reopen the topic since in the old one nobody is replying
THE ISSUE:
Hi i have a smart Opera tv (Vewd) The problem with it is that when i open the app from the store it says : " An error occurred while loading... Next attempt in in % seconds "
What to do?
Any update?

Hi Eugene
When I use app in my TV Sony using ex-Opera system (vewd) continuisly a message appers (in spanish)
"Want you open on internet browser? (it will close Opera TV)", this message is very frequent
How can I solve this problem??

Good day to me it happens to me the same I have a Hisense 40h5b TV, I hope you can help us, thanks.
