black screen on app

Hello every body
Since this morning , when i try to open ss-iptv, i only get a black screen on my smart tv philips.
I try to remove the app, to download it again but it's still the same
Is here some one who can help me to fix the problem?

no excuse me my inglish may be is not so good
i only want to say : does any one had this problem and can tell if is a little or big one
i don't mean you have to get the solution at the moment, i'm just a little worried, i hope it's not a problem with my tv because i have it sins 1 month

You've written "the same problem"
here too. But these issues are ABSOLUTELY different. So you cannot have different "the same" problems at the same time.
