Black Screen Philips 50PFH530088

Hello everybody,

I have a Philips tv with the ref 50PFH530088 but I can't install the SS IPTV so I need to go the browser then put the site app.ss-iptv.com after that I can see my playlist there.

But sometimes when I am watching the channels appears a black screen (2-3 seconds). This always happening in 5-10 minutes.

Could you give me a solution?

I have put this "&output=hls" instead this "&output=mpegts" so now I have a problem like that the transmission is not continuous, the scenes are repeated..

I already tried everything and nothing works, i change the extension ts for hls and just a few channels work.
But this is not a solution, the software runs well all day long in 2 years and now everything is a mess, dont load, when it load goes down, even the TV restart alone. And its a shame that we dont have a clearly response from any admin or support. I just need a similar software to see if the problem comes from ss iptv. Normally the admins are rushing to fix the problem.... not in this case

The latest changes in the source code of the application were made on 11th of October.
You may see the proof in Settings (gear icon) -> Information -> Build date

The clearest answer: "The issue comes not from SS IPTV"

Some of the users shared us a bad content URLs, we are under analyzing it.

The current conclusion:
The streams that have audio/mpeg content doesn't play.
The streams that have audio/aac content plays well.

Has someone tried other apps on the same TVs? Does the issue still remain?

Which app on the same TV (where SS IPTV has issue) you have cheked?

My list works fine in smartphone android, but on TV dont, only have 3 channels in 500.
So, how can we solve that? :/

I just download the app enter my url and hey presto ... works on Sony and poloroid just do an update back to the old update and everyone is happy
