SS IPTV

I cannot get into my ssiptv app on my Sony Bravia. It’s the only way I can watch tv channels from platinum hosting. Can anyone help?? Has it happened before? I’ve attacked a photo of what comes up when I go into the plantinum folder on the app

Hello to all and happy new year.
This is my first message and I don't know if I am putting it in the right topic.
My SS IPTV is showing me black screen with voice from one provider and from another one ist doesn't load the channels even though the list is there.
Can somebody help me in order I am doing something wrong?

I have the simle problem i sony bravia not android you have resolved?

Could be that providers give you video with non compatible codecs for your TV. Check official website of TV for codecs and open trough VLC the playlist to check the codecs.
