SS IPTV

Hi guys,
I'm using paid iptv list from provider via ssiptv but its playing only audio, screen is blank
This provider has over 500 users and there are no issues,
Not sure on how this can be resolved, Using toshiba smart tv without android, model num: 49L3763DG
SS IPTV info:

We know about this issue with some streams on VSTVB devices but we haven't solution at the moment.

Any solution for thus issue pls ?
