Not retrieving channel list

Toshiba Tv running ssiptv app, the problem is the app doesn't seem to be retrieving the channels added at the website. the list has been added as local and as remote playlists but when you start the app it doesnt fetch and display any channel list. its not the playlist as the same playlist works on a LG tv running smart iptv app but the ssiptv app on the toshiba doesn't fetch the list even though when I look on the website it shows all the channels are there stored for that tv. the tv has a internet connection as iplayer and netflix work perfectly. anybody have a fix or come across this before.
