SS IPTV

From 2 days I faced a problem when I opened the program after the logo the program stopped on black screen. I uninstalled it and re install but the same problem. I made factory reset for tv.,and reinstall the program the same problem

Required sequence:
Turn off the TV
Start recording video
Turn on the TV
Run SS IPTV
Wait 1 minute
Stop recording video

I did the same,and sometimes i get luck and it's working ,but I must do that every time
