Unable to play ( TCL model DP600 ) System Linux ???

hallo ,
i have a tv model tcl dp600 i think linux system i have to install ss iptv all goes well also i have install my ipiptv subscription well on the ss iptv server but the problem that when i open a chain works well and in some second stop (unable to play: ....) also remains for download and the bare does not disappear
help me plz
