Whenever I want to access my external link, it says failed to load remote content. Please note that the same link is working properly in other devices. I have Toshiba 49U5863DB 49" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV.

I have the same problem too, but only with some links.
I dont know whats wrong, but I found this link that works:

Both links have the same content, one works and the other doesnt
