SS IPTV

Hello
so I have downloaded some links before and then they all crashed and giving me: unable to play. So today I tried to delete the links and add freshly uploaded links but it seems the app is not responding to the delete order and im unable now to delete any of those links anymore (which do not open) and not accepting any new links as well.
Support or suggestions please.

... and I have tried refreshing the app on tv many times still with no response, then tried to totally remove the app and re-download it and still same issue, the previous links are stuck in there.
