Audio not in sync

I'm having problems with some of my channels' audio track, the channel buffers for a bit and then starts playing but with the audio out of sync and with a lot of hiccups. My iptv provider says it's a regular problem with LG smart TVs (i have a new UM76 model), is this true? It's not all channels but certainly quite a few of them.
