impossible to view channel on my Hisense 43n2170pw smart tv

dear all,
i have Hisense Smart TV 4E30, i manage to launch SS-IPTV through web and add playlist normally.
the issue i have currently is that no channel can be view on the TV.
it keeps saying buffering and then unable to view channel.
can someone help me by telling me what i did wrong?
hisense smart Tv is the model we have easily in cameroon.
