See only favourites

Hi guys,
I just bought another Samsung 55ยด and have an IPTV-provider externally.
Have installed SS IPTV, and my provider has given me access to channels, and yesterday I had all of them couple of thousands.
But today the only thing I see is Favourites.
My provider has tried uploading channels again, but only Favourites remains...
Do you know what I can do?
