Samsung Q60 doesn’t load channels

Hi, I have installed ss-iptv in 4 different Samsung TVs in 3 of them ss-iptv work as expected BUT in my new Q60 Samsung tv running Tizen, app was installed with no problems, but none of the channels load. I am using the same list as other TV placed in the same network, the only difference is the TV model. What should I check if the wireless network and channels list is the same as the working tv?
