IPTV cuts every 3 or 4 minutes

Hi all,
Philips 65PUS6523 with SAPHI
SSIPTV actualized.
IPTV cuts every 3 or 4 minutes. Image goes to black and in about 4 seconds continue playing at the same second of the channel.
Same account works well on ipad and mobile with other apps but in my TV I can only use SSIPTV.
Do you know what I can try to solve it?
