Hi,
Since 2 days ago I am always getting the error message "Failed to load remote content" whenever I try to access my m3u link in SS IPTV app, on my Philips tv.
However, if I use VLC in my laptop, I can open the m3u link without any problem, so the issue is probably on the SS IPTV side. Is there a solution?
Thank you!

Re: Failed to load remote content on Philips tv
Yes, it says the following:
There is no response from the remote server.
Check that URL is available and SS IPTV is not blocked by IP.
See more: https://ss-iptv.com/en/operators/creating-playlist
But from what I have checked, there is nothing I can do (as far as I know). I am only able to paste the m3u link on the external playlist on the SS IPTV website. All the other stuff about CORS technology I don't know if it is on my end or on the end of the iptv supplier.

Re: Failed to load remote content on Philips tv
Some of TV manufacturers like Sony (not Android TV), Philips, Vestel, ... require header: "Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *" to access remote content.
Others, like Samsung, LG, Arcelick, Hisense (partially) don't require such header.
Ask your content provide to add Access-Control-Allow-Origin (CORS) to your playlist URL.
Hint: To check that absence of the CORS header is your issue you may try to use one of external proxy, for example:
YOUR_URL is your playlist address, like http://example.com/playlist.m3u
Change your playlist URL following way:
https://cors-anywhere.herokuapp.com/YOUR_URL
or
https://yacdn.org/serve/YOUR_URL
or any other service that that fits your needs.
Please note, it's for checking only.
We don't recommend it for normal usage.
