Links .ts to m3u8

Links and channels that my IPTV provider provides .ts ..
When I use it this way, channel passes take 8-10 seconds. if I change it to m3u8, I can see that this time goes down to 3 seconds. I could do it in my previous links but this link doesn't have m3u8 or m3u in any way. Is there a way to do this?
