SS IPTV

Hi!
I Have Philips 43pus6503 Model Smart Tv.
I have been using the SS IPTV program since 1 year. There was no problem until now. But In the last week, the channels are slowly to open (20 seconds) and Transitions between channels were slowed down. Also the tv shut down and restart . The other channel does not turn off while switching channels, After 10 or 15 seconds the other channel goes. I also tried vlc player, there is no problem. I deleted the program and again installed. But same.
I'm waiting for your help, Thanks in advance.

Please, check Settings -> Information -> Build
There you'll see when last changes in the app were made by our side.

Build was made on 19/9/2019

It means that last changes from our side were made on September, 19th.

Yes . What should I do to resolve this issue . Thanks in advance

I don't know. The issue appeared not on our side.
