Channels are pausing always,, very new beginner

Hello!
I am very new to these stuff I bought a smart tv digihome with app simple smart iptv (ss iptv) and then i bought a url for neotv from ebay (i received a code but didn't know how to use it, i learned to use url in this app)
The problem is the channels are pausing all the time and to start every new channel takes about 40sec..
The seller is very serious, though the problem is not on his side.
I use ethernet cable.
Please can you help me? I don't want to put money and buy a box when i have a smart tv

I see one strange thing:

The response for the stream content is:
< HTTP/1.1 200 OK
< Server: nginx
< Date: Fri, 08 Nov 2019 07:49:59 GMT
< Content-Type: video/mp4
< Connection: close
< Content-Encoding: none
< Set-Cookie: PHPSESSID=################; path=/
< Expires: Thu, 19 Nov 1981 08:52:00 GMT
< Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate
< Pragma: no-cache


But, actually, the content is "video/mp2t".
It may somehow confuse the TV.

Can you ask your provider for HLS content link (usually provided for apple devices) and try it?

I tried the opentv as you asked me to do, just the first red symbol channel is pausing, all the rest are working.
