SS IPTV

Hi all! I use SS IPTV player around 4 years, but now i change my iptv box (MX 10 is the new) and i have a problem. When i move channels he is blocket and need to be restrat the box.
When I change channels, the picture freezes.
Everything stops working and I need to restart the box.

Any ideas? Thank you.
