TCL TV - no video

Dear All,

Hope you can help, I have pruchase a TCL TV model 55PU6US, and I was happy to see that I have the app SS IPTV already installed. I use the tutoriel to updload my file and it' works fine, I can see My Play List with all my channels, howevere when I try a channel, there is no video, , It' written "You watch channel ..." wihout video and after "Impossible to read" and again "you watch ..." and "impossible to read" etc...

I tried with my computer and my phone the same file, it's working, (TV, computer, phone are in the same network)

If you can help me, i will really appreciate . and sorry if it's a silly question

Do channels from Open TV section work well?
What kind of streams do you have in your playlist?

Do channels from Open TV section work well?
--> I have to check again, but I think it's working
What kind of streams do you have in your playlist?
--> I'm using a free list before purchase a full one, below the link

I have tested the link below and with VLC it's working. I my TV I can see the program but there is no video and sound

I thought that at the beginning it was due to my internet, then a share my phone data (VPN) with my TV, same result.

Your playlist contains different types of streams. E.g. M6 SD is hls and M6 HD is MPEG-TS. Are you sure that none of them are working?
Please, check the channels in Open TV.

Morning Eugene,

The channel from the open TV is working well (video + sound). Therefore I changed the DNS ( coming from my ExpressVPN, Mediastreaming) of my TV and I started to have the sound of one channel and one time the video (few second), however it was unstable.
I don't know how to get it a stable video.

With my computer in the same network without VPN (or with) it's working fine. I suppose it's coming from the TV region (middle East) and the network, If you have any idea I will appreciate even if I suppose it's not coming from an issue with the apps.
