Hisense - problem with uploading the list

Hi i just bought a new TV and there is instaled SS IPTV. I'm tryin to upload my playlist which is working fine on previous app smart iptv, however while I'm trying to do that your webiste is geeting frozen. I've tried several times from different devices without any success.
Could anyone help please?

Well, how many thousand of items has your playlist if it makes our site frozen? Everything will be ok if you use normal playlist.

Hi, so the first playlist which I've tried to upload had 11mb, I have removed the channels which I'm not watching and the new playlist has 5,5 MB. The same problem occurs, do you think is still to big file?
