Audio track won't change

Hi, I have problems with the audio track in my TV. I have an Hisense Smart TV and SSIPTV works fine, but I can't change the audio track in channels and movies that have the option. I mean I can select them, but the audio stays the same no matter what language I choose. The same thing happens with the subtitles, they don't appear.
I have also a LG Smart TV but it works great there, I can change the audio channels and the subtitle option works too, so it isn't a problem with my IPTV provider.
