Failed to load a channel-list that has previously been working

Hi! I am not very technical and I'm sorry about that. I have tried googling and searching this forum but have not been able to find anything.

I've had SS IPTV working for about a year with my iptv deliverer. However this autumn I've been away and when I came home in January I am not able to open the folder with the channel-list. "Failed to load remote content" is what pops up. I thought this had to do with the m3u-address but I don't think so anymore. First of some of the channels in the channel-list that I watched the most I had saved in the "Favorite" folder. These still work just as before. Secondly the same m3u has been working before and I've spoken to the iptv deliverer and they haven't changed anything with their address.

What could have gone wrong and how can I solve so I can see the channel-list again?

I have a Philips 43PUT6101/12
I use an external playlist
The trouble started sometime between October and January.
The m3u-address looks like this;
http://clientsportals.com:xxxx/get.php? ... &output=ts

Please let me know if there is any other information that I need to give in order to find the problem.
//Adam

Open Playlist Editor on our site, External Playlists and click check near URL. You will see the reason for the issue.
This problem is always on the side of your content provider.

I am a reseller and I have the same problem with all customers.
Hard reset didn't solve it

Please, read my message above before writting. Hard reset does nothing to do with this problem and I didn't write about it.

Thank you for your reply.
I read it but we face the same problem every now and then. I clicked on check and got the following (There is no response from the remote server)
Note that there is no block at all and the the problem is happening with users from different IPTV servers.

If you see this message then our server cannot get playlist. It would never happen if paylist was hosted according to our requirements

Thank you again for your reply.
We checked the IPs mentioned in the topic and there is no block on it. I tried to add a test on one of my customer from another IPTV server and I found out that he is connected from UK IP 95.144.125.23 while he is in the Netherlands. I'm not sure if this IP is SS IPTV server IP.

If you want to get more info about the issue's reason, you need to provide us with a certain URL.

Dear,
I'll send you a private message with a link.
Note: we have upload a m3u file from the same server and it works very well. But when adding url as external playlist it doesn't work.
I had this issue before and it fixed after a couple of days by itself.

We've checked your URL, so downloading speed from your hosting server to our is about 0 kb/s. This is the reason why you get this issue.
We don't know if it's internet issue or restriction of your hosting server.
Anyway, you can solve it adding Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * http-header as described on our site. Then your playlist will be downloaded directly by client's device in all cases.
