Stream rtp:// wont work on IPTV, just VLC

Hey,
I'm using a IPTV(MagentaTV) stream which in working on the PC with VLC:
rtp://@232.0.10.135:10000?sources=87.141.215.251
Unfortunately the stream doesn't load, when I use the APP on my Hisense TV. Do you have any Idea how it could work?
Maybe different adress ? Some Setting?
