Channels freezes, audio out of sync, crashes

Hi. Im having problem with the app. I checked everything. Internet connection is perfect (150MB/kbs), TV is connected to modem by cable but still channels freeze, audio gets out of sync and channel crashes happen as well. I installed ss iptv on my smartphone and are having similar issue :/ Checked the list with different app on my phone... prolem is gone :/ My friends is using the same iptv provider but different tv app (android one) and everything works perfectly. I dont see any alternative for ss iptv for my samsung that runs on tizen. please help
