Help for Beginners

So I am new to all of this.! I have the app on my smart tv. I subscribe to a channel package called Emigrantas which I watch via laptop. When I opened the Simple Smart app for the first time all of the channels I subscribe to are there. This is very good. However when I select any of them I get the correct program name, the duration bar is running, but no picture and no sound.

Please can someone help this novice and explain why, and help me to resolve. Thanks in advance.
