My channel list suddenly stopped loading

Hello , i have been using the Smart Simple IPTV app for the past week and used an external playlist and it worked perfectly until today i switched on the tv and clicked on my iptv channel list and it doesn't load , it just doesn't show anything it has ''loading'' on the bottom right but nothing appears , i tried everything resetting the tv and reestablishing the playlist then resetting the tv and doing the soft and hard reset but still have the same issue tho the playlist work fine on my laptop and channels work

my tv is : Sharp Smart TV 1.0.9
