Is there any api? I need to change my m3u list after some hours.
How can I automate it for uploading my m3u?

I found http://api.ss-iptv.com/bridge/ but how it works? There is no documentation.

There is a simple way.
Use the "external playlist" tab in the playlist editor.
Add your playlist URL, the application will download it every time.
