APP doesn´t start

I have a problem with the SS IPTV in my Grundig VLE 825 BL TV since yesterday, the APP does not start and stays black.
I ask for help

Not used for a long time the app until now and I have the same problem on few tv...

Same with me.
I reinstalled the app ob my tv and still doesn’t start and the screen stays black.
My tv is an LG 43UN7300
TV ID: f9:50:62:86:aa:5a
