problem playlists hisense

Hello,
everytime i start the app, the external playlist ist deleted.

everytime i start the app, there are different (new) playlists.
TV Hisense 50AE7200F
MY Device ID IS : 12115494

my device ID is the same like yours.

is this normal ?

We've removed all the devices with duplicated Ids. Now each device with this issue will get new id, all the stored data were removed but now the issue supposed to be solved.
Check if the app keeps device id after restarting.
Please, report us if any problem with playlists remains.
