Wrong Video, just audio is good, codec issue

I have 2 Amazon FireTV Stick. I don't have any problems by the normal stick but SS IPTV don't work properly on the Amazon 4K FireTV Stick. Model Number is: E9L29Y.

If I start a stream or a video It will playing this for 1-2 s normally but after that I see green, blue lines. Tha audio is OK all the time. Another IP TV apps working fine, VLC is working fin too.

What is the problem?
