Channels stop after 20 seconds.

Hello all,
Im new on this forum also new with the app.
So, i have a weird problem. When I start any channel after 20 seconds the channels it self stop for 1-2 seconds and start again.
This is my main issue that only exist in this app.
2nd Q: How to add a epg into my m3u list?
