Hi everyone, I have a problem with sharp TV.. When I try to open the app ss_iptv, on the screen appears,,,, 404!!! The page you visited is not existed,,,,
Please help me with that

Hi,
At the moment the issue is fixed for most of our users. It remains in some cases due to network caching.
You could try to solve it by unplugging TV’s and router’s socket for 5 seconds
if it doesn’t help try to set DNS in TV’s network settings to 8.8.8.8
if it still doesn’t work anyway, just wait for a while, the problem will be solved itself.
Additional info about what happened:
The company that hosts our DNS records is experiencing issues with its servers.
We have transferred our records to another company.
It will take additional time to refresh all of the DNS records in every country.
